AIDA64 Extreme contains a best-in-class hardware detection engine that provides detailed information about installed software and offers diagnostic and support features for overclocking the processor. By providing real-time monitoring with sensors, it provides accurate data on voltage, temperature and fan speed, and diagnostic functions help detect and prevent equipment problems. It also contains several tests to measure the performance of individual hardware components or the entire system. The version is compatible with all 32- and 64-bit versions of Windows, including Windows 10 and Windows Server 2016.
